Miraizon Announces Exclusive Distribution Deal with
Major Japanese Distributor Media Vision, a Marubeni Subsidiary

San Jose, California - November 21, 2003 - Miraizon®, announced today a distribution deal with a major Japanese software distributor/publisher, Media Vision, Inc. (MVI), a subsidiary of Marubeni, Inc. Miraizon has granted Media Vision exclusive distribution rights in Japan for Japanese packaged versions of its DVD extraction software, Cinematize™. In a separate Japanese press release, Media Vision also announced today its distribution deal with Miraizon and its plan to release the Japanese packaged version of Cinematize on December 19, 2003. Miraizon will continue to offer a downloadable version of Cinematize which includes English, French, and Japanese localizations through its company Web site, http://www.miraizon.com.
