San Jose, California - November 18, 2004 - Miraizon®, a San Jose based digital media software company, announced today that a new version of its flagship product Cinematize™, a DVD movie clip extractor, is now available. The new version, Cinematize 2.01, includes several new features such as improved clip selection and complete Japanese language support, as well as some fixes. "Cinematize 2 has been extremely well received by our customers, even more so than its popular predecessor Cinematize 1. We have been getting very positive feedback on the powerful new features and excellent usability of Cinematize 2. This new version 2.01 will be an even more solid product," said the CEO and founder of Miraizon, David Salamon.

Cinematize is a Macintosh-based software package that allows users to extract audio and video clips off of any unencrypted DVD and save them in a format compatible with standard multimedia editing software such as QuickTime, iMovie, and Final Cut. With Cinematize 2, users can extract clips as short as fraction of a second or as long as all the chapters on a DVD. Cinematize offers an interface simple enough for even novice users, yet powerful enough features and performance to satisfy even demanding audio and video professionals. Since its release, thousands of customers have used Cinematize to create customized videos, audio CDs, still pictures, and multimedia presentations/resumes.
