In addition, Cinematize 2.04 for Mac is now fully compatible with the new Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger as well as QuickTime 7. The Windows version now includes full Japanese language localization. "From audio/video pros to enthusiasts, from schools to ad agencies, law firms, and hospitals, we have a very broad range of customers. As more and more people begin to use DVD as a medium of storage, sooner or later they find they want to extract pieces of the stored footage for re-use, be they audio, video, or movie clips. We think Cinematize is the best tool around for this task," said the CEO and founder of Miraizon, David Salamon.
Running on both the Macintosh and Windows operating systems, Cinematize 2 allows users to extract audio and video clips off of any unencrypted DVD and save them in formats compatible with standard multimedia editing software such as QuickTime, iMovie, and Final Cut on the Macintosh, and Premiere, Windows Movie Maker, and QuickTime on Windows. With Cinematize 2, users can extract clips as short as fraction of a second or as long as a complete movie. Cinematize 2 is a highly acclaimed software package that offers an interface simple enough for novice users, yet with powerful enough features and performance to satisfy even demanding audio and video professionals. Since its release, thousands of customers have used Cinematize to incorporate DVD clips into their PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, to create movie highlights collections, to edit recorded TV programs, or to create audio clips for CDs, iPods, and iTunes.
